研究方向:
主要从事岭南特色种质资源荔枝、化橘红基因组和分子遗传学方面的研究,通过整合比较基因组学、群体遗传学及人工智能等揭示重要农艺性状形成的遗传基础。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省青年基金等项目4项;参与国家省市项目10余项,在国内外高水平期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,其中署名第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Plant Journal等期刊论文20篇。授权发明专利2项。获行业协会科技进步奖三等奖2项,广东省农业技术推广奖二等奖1项,排名16,2021中国产学研合作创新成果奖1项,排名9。
